Woman Injured After Vehicle Crashes into San Antonio Apartment near Callaghan Road

San Antonio, Texas (March 11, 2021) – According to police, a woman was injured on Thursday after a vehicle crashed into an apartment in San Antonio’s Northwest Side.

The crash happened around midnight, off Callaghan Road near Interstate 10.

Police said a man was driving through the parking lot when he pressed the gas instead of the brake, causing his truck to go airborne and crash into the side of an apartment. 

The truck pinned a woman who was in the apartment against a wall inside her kitchen.

The woman was rescued and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The truck driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
