Woman Killed, 2 Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash at FM 665 and FM 70 in Corpus Christi

24-Year-Old Woman Killed, Two Hospitalized after Corpus Christi Crash at FM 665 and FM 70

Corpus Christi, Texas (July 24, 2023) – A 24-year-old woman was killed and two other people were hospitalized following a three-vehicle crash in Corpus Christi on Sunday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The deadly crash took place at the intersection of FM 665 and FM 70 near Bishop on Sunday, July 23.

DPS said three vehicles were traveling westbound on FM 665 and FM 70 when they collided at a stop sign.

A 24-year-old in one of the vehicles died at the scene. Her name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

A man and a woman in the second car were taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The condition of the person in the third car was not immediately disclosed.

No further details about the crash were immediately available.

DPS is investigating the crash.
