One Killed and Four Injured in Temple Two-Vehicle Crash at Southeast HK Dodgen Loop and State Highway 95

Temple, Texas (September 1, 2020) – A woman was killed and four other people, including two children, were injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Temple, according to authorities.

The fatal crash happened at about 3:30 p.m., August 31, at the intersection of Southeast HK Dodgen Loop and State Highway 95.

Authorities said the woman was driving a Honda CRV eastbound when she failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection, causing the Honda to collide with a pickup truck.

The woman was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.

Another woman and two children in the Honda and the pickup driver were taken to local hospitals for treatment. One of the children was listed in critical condition. The other three victims were listed in stable condition.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
