One Killed and Three Hospitalized after Duncanville Crash on Interstate 20

Duncanville, Texas (August 22, 2019) – One person was killed and three others were injured in a traffic collision on Monday in Duncanville, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash took place around 2:05 p.m. August 19, on Interstate 20, near Main Street.

As per the report, an SUV was heading westbound on I-20 when it rear-ended a TxDOT work truck on the shoulder of the interstate.

The impact caused the SUV to hit another work truck before coming to rest in the middle of the roadway.

The SUV driver, a 51-year-old woman, was killed in the crash.

Three people in the second work truck were taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
