One Killed and Three Injured in Alief Two-Vehicle Crash at Harwin Drive and Sam Houston Parkway

Alief, Texas (January 31, 2022) – One person was killed, and three others were injured early Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Alief, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 1:00 a.m., at the intersection of Harwin Drive and the W Sam Houston Parkway.

Authorities said a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into another vehicle.

One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The three people in the other vehicle were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
