Nallely Lopez Injured in El Paso Car Crash on Loop 375 at U.S. 54 South

El Paso, Texas (April 20, 2023) –Nallely Rios Lopez, 32, of central El Paso, was injured in a fatal crash on Tuesday morning in El Paso, according to El Paso police.

The fatal crash took place on Loop 375 at U.S. 54 South on Tuesday, April 18.

Police said Ray Garcia, 47, of Mission Valley El Paso, was driving eastbound on Loop 375 when his Mitsubishi Mirage crossed a painted median and collided with another vehicle driven by Nallely Rios Lopez, 32, of central El.

Lopez was driving on Ramp “M,” a connecting ramp from U.S. 54 south onto Loop 375 eastbound. After the crash, both vehicles spun and hit the guard rail.

Garcia was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Lopez sustained minor injuries in the crash.

A 13-year-old girl was a passenger in Lopez’s Ford Edge. Her condition was not mentioned in the report.

All lanes on Loop 375 East after U.S. 54 South were closed following the crash.

El Paso police and the Texas Department of Public Safety are investigating the crash.
