Woman Killed in Harlingen Pedestrian Accident on South business 77

Harlingen, Texas (April 6, 2021) – A woman was killed Monday morning in a pedestrian accident in Harlingen, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred around 7:30 a.m., April 5, on South business 77.

Police said the woman was struck by a vehicle on the street.

The woman was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.

A man was taken into custody after the accident, and charges against him are pending an investigation.

An investigation is underway.
