One Injured in Austin Three-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 71 near Bee Cave

Austin, Texas (May 15, 2021) – One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Saturday in Austin, according to officials.

The crash occurred in the 12400 block of State Highway 71 near Bee Cave.

Officials said three vehicles were involved in the crash.

A total of five people were involved in the crash, but four of them declined transportation to the hospital. One person was trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be rescued. The victim was taken to the hospital with potentially serious injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
