One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at Beauregard Avenue and Van Buren Street

San Angelo, Texas – One person was injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at a San Angelo intersection, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 2:30 p.m., February 17, at the intersection of W. Beauregard Avenue and Van Buren Street.

According to the report, a maroon Chevy Cruz was traveling westbound on Beauregard while a metallic-colored Chevy Camaro, vintage of around the mid-1990s, was traveling northbound on Van Buren. One of the vehicles ran a stop sign and collided with the other vehicle at the intersection.

The Camaro driver had to be extricated and was taken to Shannon ER with major injuries.

The crash closed Beauregard.

The crash remains under investigation.
