Two Hospitalized after Texarkana Car Crash on New Boston Road near Church’s Chicken
Texarkana, Texas (May 15, 2019) – Two people were injured Tuesday morning in a head-on collision in Texarkana, a local news source reported,
The crash happened at about 9:45 a.m. May 14, in the 2200 block of New Boston Road, right in front of Church’s Chicken.
As per the report, a white Geoforce Utility truck was trying to turn left from the westbound lane of New Boston Road when it collided head-on with an eastbound black Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The force of the impact caused the Ford pickup truck to catch fire.
The driver of the utility truck exited his vehicle and pulled the driver and passenger from their burning truck.
Both victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
