47-Year-Old Man Killed in Texarkana Train-Pedestrian Accident near Richmond Road

Texarkana, Texas – A 47-year-old Texarkana man was hit and killed by a train Friday morning in Texarkana, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 4:30 a.m., on the KCS train tracks just north of Richmond Road.

Police said the man was hit by a train on the train tracks. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No other details were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
