James Everett Killed in Odessa Three-Vehicle Crash at 385 and Mercer

Odessa, Texas (August 24, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash in Odessa.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:45 a.m., August 23, at the intersection of 385 and Mercer.

Police said Anthony Gallow, of New Orleans, was driving an 18-wheeler when he hit two other vehicles.

James Everett, of Odessa, was killed in the crash.

Gallow was arrested and has been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Falsification of Drug Test Results. 

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
