Child Seriously Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on 50th Street

Lubbock, Texas (May 22, 2022) – A child was seriously injured Saturday afternoon in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock, according to a local news source.

The accident was reported around 5:00 p.m., May 21, in the 1900 block of 50th Street, between Avenue S and Avenue T.

According to the report, the child was struck by a vehicle and was taken to UMC with serious injuries.

No other information was available.

An investigation is underway.
