One Seriously Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on I-27 at 34th Street

Lubbock, Texas (June 5, 2020) – One person was seriously injured Thursday night in a rollover crash in Lubbock, according to police.

The crash occurred just after 7:30 p.m. on June 4, on the Interstate 27 exit at 34th Street.

Police said a Honda Civic was traveling southbound on I-27 when the driver lost control and struck another car.

The impact caused the car to roll down an embankment.

One person was ejected from one of the vehicles.

One person was taken to UMC with serious injuries.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
