Veronica Villareal Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Babcock Road and Medical Drive

San Antonio, Texas – The woman who was hit and killed by a vehicle Sunday night in the Medical Center area has been identified as 47-year-old Veronica Villareal, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.

The deadly accident happened just after 11:00 p.m., February 25, on Babcock Road and Medical Drive.

Police said Villareal was walking across Babcock Road when she was hit by a black sedan.

The driver stopped after the accident and called for help.

Villareal was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
