David Mondares Fatally Hit by Vehicle on Vietnam Veterans Parkway in Sherman

34-Year-Old David Mondares Dies in Sherman Pedestrian Crash on Vietnam Veterans Parkway

Sherman, Texas (March 12, 2019) – A deadly auto-pedestrian accident left a 34-year-old man dead on Sunday evening in Sherman, according to a report by the Sherman police.
The crash occurred along Vietnam Veterans Parkway on Sunday, March 11.
Police said the pedestrian, identified as David Mondares, was in the roadway when a silver Nissan hit him.
Mondares died of injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver of the vehicle involved was not immediately identified.
Police are working to find out the cause of the crash.
