One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at U.S 87 and FM 2105 in San Angelo

Driver Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at U.S 87 and FM 2105

San Angelo, Texas (May 15, 2020) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in San Angelo, according to authorities.

The collision occurred at the intersection of U.S 87 and FM2105.

Authorities said a black van was traveling northbound on U.S. 87 while a white Ford pickup pulling a trailer was stopped at the stop sign on FM-2105, attempting to make a left turn onto U.S. 87 south.

The pickup pulled out into the path of the van, resulting in a collision.

The van driver was taken to the hospital with incapacitating injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

The pickup driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way, and the driver of the van was cited for not wearing a seatbelt.

The crash remains under investigation.
