Woman, Child Injured When Police Cruiser Collides with Vehicle in San Antonio

Woman and Juvenile Hospitalized after San Antonio Crash at Ray Ellison Blvd and Five Palms Drive

San Antonio, Texas (October 22, 2023) – A woman and a child were hospitalized after a patrol cruiser collided with their vehicle on Saturday night in San Antonio, according to authorities.

The crash happened at about 9:40 p.m. Saturday, October 21 at the intersection of Ray Ellison Blvd and Five Palms Drive

Authorities said an officer patrol cruiser collided with a vehicle occupied by three people, including a woman and a juvenile.

The woman and the juvenile were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The officer was also taken to the hospital for precaution.

No other details about the crash were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
