Two Injured in East Austin Scooter Accident at Comal Street and E 6th Street

Austin, Texas (October 24, 2023) – At least two people were injured Sunday night in a scooter crash in East Austin, according to officials.

The crash happened around 11:15 p.m., October 22, at the intersection of Comal Street and E 6th Street.

Officials said two adults were riding scooters when they were struck by a car.

Both adults were taken to Dell Seton with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
