2 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-35 in Waco

Two Hospitalized after Waco Car Crash on Interstate 35 near Irving Lee Street
Waco, Texas (March 6, 2019) – Two people were injured Monday night in a two-vehicle crash on a Waco freeway, according to a local news release.
The crash was reported just after 7:00 p.m. on the access of road of Interstate 35 southbound, near Irving Lee Street.
Details of how the two vehicles collided were not immediately available.
The impact caused the vehicles to hit a power pole, causing a power outage in the area.
Authorities said one person was trapped in one of the cars and had to be extricated.
Two people were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
