Bradley Marzari Killed in Killeen Plane Crash near Skylark Field Airport

Killeen, Texas (July 6, 2021) – According to the authorities, a man was killed Sunday evening in a plane crash in Killeen.

The deadly crash happened around 5:23 p.m., July 4, in a field just south of Skylark Field Airport.

Authorities said the single-engine Focke-Wulf Piaggio FWP-149D left the New Braunfels Regional Airport earlier on Sunday and was on the way to Skylark Field Airport in Killeen when it crashed in a field.

The pilot, Bradley Guy Marzari, 60, of Belton, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only person on board the plane at the time of the crash.

The FAA and the NTSB are investigating the crash.
