1 Hospitalized after Midland Pedestrian Accident at Big Spring Street and California Avenue

Midland, Texas (July 10, 2019) – A man was injured in a pedestrian accident Tuesday afternoon at a Midland intersection, according to the police.

The accident occurred around 12:15 p.m. July 9, in the area of Big Spring Street and California Avenue.

Police said a GMC pickup was heading northbound on Big Spring Street when it struck the man who was walking eastbound.

The man was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. He was not at a crosswalk at the time of the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
