Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident on IH10 Service Road

San Antonio, Texas (March 8, 2020) – A man in his 60s was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning in San Antonio, police said.

The accident occurred around 1:52 a.m. at 12200 IH10 Service Road.

Police said the man was riding a bicycle down the service road when he was hit by a vehicle.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The man was rushed to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The crash closed the service road for about two hours.

An investigation is underway.
