Driver Hospitalized after El Paso Car Accident on North Zaragoza Road

El Paso, Texas (August 17, 2019) – A driver was injured in a two-car accident that occurred in El Paso early Friday morning, a local news source reported.

The crash took place just before 2:30 a.m. Friday, August 16 in the 1900 block of North Zaragoza Road.

As per the report, a white sedan collided with another vehicle on the roadway for unknown reasons. The force of the impact sent the white sedan into the guardrail, where it came to stop.

One of the drivers was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The name and current condition of the patient were unknown.

The other driver was arrested for speeding and DUI.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
