One Killed and One Injured in Lake Lewisville Boating Accident on Little Elm Bridge

Lake Lewisville, Texas (August 25, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed, and another was injured on Sunday in a boating accident on Lake Lewisville.

The deadly accident happened on August 22, under the Little Elm Bridge.

Police said the boat hit several rocks under the bridge, ejecting all six people on board.

One of the people was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

Another person was taken to the hospital with injuries.

The other four people made it to the shore safely.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Game Wardens are investigating the crash.
