6 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 183 in SE Travis County

Five Adults, One Child Injured in Travis County Multi-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 183

Travis County, Texas (March 29, 2021) – According to officials, six people, including a child, were injured Sunday night in a multi-vehicle crash in southeast Travis County.

The crash occurred around 8:11 p.m., March 28, in the 9900 block of South U.S. Highway 183 near Maha Loop.

Officials said multiple vehicles were involved in the pin-in crash.

A child was taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries. Three adults were taken to South Austin Medical Center, and two other adults were taken to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment.

All six victims were declared trauma alerts.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
