Boris Rabinovich Hit, Killed by Vehicle on East Fifth Street in Katy

90-Year-Old Boris Rabinovich Killed in Katy Pedestrian Accident on East Fifth Street

Katy, Texas (February 21, 2020) – An elderly man was fatally hit by a vehicle Tuesday evening in Katy, according to the police.

The accident took place around 6:41 p.m., February 18, in the 5100 block of East Fifth Street.

Police said Boris Rabinovich, 90, was walking on the roadway when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle.

The driver stopped to render aid.

Rabinovich was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, where he later died.

An investigation is ongoing.
