David Mata Killed in Workplace Accident at Cuisine Solutions in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas – The employee who was killed earlier this month in a workplace accident at a food business plant in San Antonio has been identified as 46-year-old David Mata, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.

The accident happened on June 7, at the Cuisine Solutions.

Officials said Mata was trapped by a machinery and later died from injuries.

No additional information regarding the accident was available.

OSHA is investigating the crash.
