Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Samuell Boulevard in East Dallas

54-Year-Old Man Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Samuell Boulevard

Dallas, Texas (October 25, 2020) – A 54-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Friday morning in East Dallas, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 4:20 a.m., October 23, in the 4400 block of Samuell Boulevard.

Police said the man was walking in the right lane when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the accident.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The accident closed Samuell Boulevard near Grove Hill Road.

The police are investigating the crash.
