Matthew Cline, Peter Tremblay ID’d as Two Victims Killed in Andrews County Car Accident on Texas State Highway 176

Andrews County, Texas (July 23, 2019) – Authorities have identified the two men who were killed Saturday morning in a head-on crash in Andrews County as Matthew Cline, 33, of Eunice, NM, and Peter Tremblay, 54, of Katy, TX.

The deadly accident happened at about 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 20 on Texas State Highway 176.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, one vehicle drifted over into the lane of another car. Both cars eventually collided head-on.

Cline and Tremblay were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The DPS said both men were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation.
