Pedestrian Struck, Injured by Vehicle at Vance Jackson and Interstate 10 West in San Antonio

Elderly Man Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at Vance Jackson and Interstate 10 West
San Antonio, Texas (January 3, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized late Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle in San Antonio, according to a local news source.
The accident was reported at around 9:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2 at Vance Jackson and Interstate 10 West.
According to police, the pedestrian, an elderly man in his 70’s, was hit by an SUV after getting off the VIA bus on Vance Jackson.
The man, who was not using a crosswalk, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to University Hospital.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
