2 Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on SH 111 near Yoakum

Two Killed in Yoakum Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 111

Yoakum, Texas (November 23, 2022) – Two people, including an 18-year-old El Campo man, were killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash near Yoakum, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 4:30 a.m., November 22, on State Highway 111.

DPS said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

The 18-year-old El Campo man and his passenger were killed in the crash. Their names have not been released.

The driver of the second vehicle was not seriously injured in the crash.

No additional information was available.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
