59-Year-Old Man Killed in Beaumont Pedestrian Accident on Eastex Freeway
Beaumont, Texas (February 14, 2019) – A 39-year-old man was killed Tuesday night in a pedestrian accident in Beaumont, according to the police.
The deadly accident was reported at about 11:40 p.m. February 12, in the 7400 block of Eastex Freeway.
Police said the man was struck for unknown reasons by a vehicle which was traveling northbound in the outside lane of the freeway.
The man was killed in the accident. His name has not been disclosed.
The involved driver remained at the scene after the accident.
The police are investigating the crash.
