52-Year-Old Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on I-35E near Continental Avenue

Dallas, Texas (October 19, 2019) – A 52-year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian accident Thursday night in Dallas, according to the authorities.

The accident occurred around 9:45 p.m. October 17, on northbound I-35E near Continental Avenue.

Deputies said the woman was hit by a car on the interstate. The driver said he didn’t know he had a person until he stopped. 

The impact threw the woman onto the left-center lane where she was hit by another vehicle.

The second vehicle fled the scene.

The victim was killed in the crash. Her name has not been disclosed.

An investigation is underway.
